Part Time Telephone Trader

Job Context:

Handling the call traffic for the trading department and customer services during the night.

Role Summary:

Handling call traffic for the Trading Department. Provide support to the trading floor and use of the main trading application. Managing Internet bet referrals, settlement checking, providing the content team support and other general administrative tasks.

Specific Role Details:

• Processing clients bet requests via telephone
• Managing internet bet referrals and analysing bet risk with market makers
• Daily result checking of markets to ensure 100% settlement accuracy
• Liaising with the Racing Post and providing them with market prices

Candidate Profile

Essential Candidate Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of spread betting/Betting in general
• Good knowledge of mainstream UK sports
• Good Phone Manner
