Trading

Our industry-leading trading floor is the 24/7 heart of the business. Our traders generate thousands of markets across a huge range of sports events, processing millions of bets via our proprietary systems. Whether it is cricket, darts, football, golf, horse racing, rugby union/league, snooker, tennis, US sports or even non-sports markets such as politics, our traders will be taking bets and adjusting prices around the clock.

Engineering

The Engineering team provides the crucial technical foundations on which all our business activities are built. Engineering comprises five key areas: Front Office, Core, Back Office, Service Delivery, Trading Services, and Platform. The Front Office team develops our real-time trading systems; the Core team is responsible for our B2C and our B2B channels; the Back Office team manages our data warehousing and reporting tools; the Trading Services team ensures the successful delivery of all our B2B business products and services; the Platform builds our databases, data centres, and development environments; and the Service Delivery team supports all our production systems.

Finance

Finance is responsible for monitoring, reporting, and consolidating our financial performance. They analyse the numbers, provide explanations, and make recommendations to optimise our business performance. Additionally, they manage all day-to-day financial activities such as sales invoice processing and supplier invoice payments.

Marketing

Marketing is responsible for promoting the company and its various products, acquiring new customers, and ensuring existing customers are retained and satisfied. They develop communication strategies using the full range of marketing techniques, with primary focus on digital channels.

Customer Service

Our Customer Service team is responsible for managing all client queries. As a customer centric business, we pride ourselves on providing our clients with a superior quality of service they rightly expect from an organisation regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Credit

The Credit team deals with all financial aspects of client account management. Their responsibilities include the monitoring of credit limits, the collection of outstanding balances, and the annual reviews of client account facilities.

Human Resources

Human Resources are an integral part of the business whose primary function is to improve the effectiveness of the company by developing our most valuable asset - our employees. On a day-to-day level, this means that HR provides full support to the organisation concerning recruitment, employee relations, pay & benefits, training & development and performance management.
